Abstract Submission Guidelines for Conference

1. Title

• Ensure the title is concise, informative, and reflects the core topic of the research/ project.

• Avoid abbreviations or technical jargon.

2. Text Format and Length

• Times New Roman, 12 font size

• Double line spacing

• All text justify

3. Length

The abstract should be between 150–200 words.

4. Structure

Use a structured format with the following elements: 

• Background : Briefly state the problem or context of the research/ project.

• Objective : Clearly outline the purpose of the study.

• Methods : Summarize the methodology, including key approaches and tools used.

• Results : Highlight the main findings or anticipated outcomes.

• Conclusion : State the significance or implications of the results.

5. Keywords

Include 3–5 relevant keywords that reflect the main topics of your research/ project below the abstract.
