We’re excited about your interest in showcasing your work at the SU Academic Festival 2025 Exhibition! Follow the steps below to register and confirm your participation as an exhibitor:
1. Submit Your Abstract and Product Image
Upload an abstract describing your product or work through the dedicated Google Form (here) by February 14th, 2025.
Prepare your abstract according to these guidelines:
Length: 150–200 words.
Content: Highlight the purpose, significance, and unique features of your product.
Upload a clear image of your product or work along with your abstract submission.
2. Review and Acceptance Notification
All submissions will be reviewed by the organizing committee.
You will receive an acceptance notification via email by February 17th, 2025.
Accepted exhibitors will receive further instructions regarding event setup and requirements.
3. Confirm Your Participation
Once accepted, confirm your participation and submit your name using the Google Form link provided in the acceptance email.
Deadline for confirmation: February 21st, 2025.
4. Exhibition Day Preparation
Prepare your exhibit booth and materials in accordance with the guidelines shared in the acceptance email.
Booth setup will take place on February 27th - 28th, 2025, during the Exhibition Showcase.

1. Who is eligible to participate in the exhibition?
All students, lecturers, and staff.
2. Can I submit more than one product for the exhibition?
Yes, you can submit more than one project
3. Can I present the project in a group?
Yes, but the maximum member is 3 people for each group.
4. What happens if my submission is not accepted?
Unfortunately, you cannot participate as presenters or exhibitors. However, you still can attend as audience by registering through the audience form.
5. Do I need to bring anything for the exhibition day?
You only need to bring your project/product. The committee will prepare the booth for you.
6. What if I cannot confirm my participation by the deadline?
Unfortunately, your participation as presenters/exhibitors are cancelled.
7. Is there a registration fee for the exhibition?
No, participation in the SU Academic Festival is free for all presenters, exhibitors, and audiences.
