We are pleased to invite students and faculty to present their research and creative work at the SU Academic Festival 2025! To ensure a smooth registration process, please follow the steps below:
1. Access the Registration Google Form
Register through our dedicated Google Form (here).
Choose the appropriate category: Student Conference or Lecturer Conference.
2. Submit Your Abstract
Prepare your abstract according to these guidelines:
Length: 150–200 words.
Content:
Students: Topics related to course assignments and recent developments in Indonesia.
Lecturers: Multidisciplinary topics and recent advancements in Indonesia.
Upload your abstract to the form submission portal.
The deadline for abstract submission is February 14th, 2025.
3. Review Process
Your abstract will be assessed by our panel based on the provided rubric.
Only works scoring a minimum of 20 points will be accepted.
You will receive an acceptance notification via email by February 17th, 2025.
4. Submit Your Final Presentation Files
Once accepted, upload your final presentation file (PDF format) by February 25th, 2025.
Late submissions will not be accommodated.
5. Event Registration Confirmation
Confirm your participation using the link included in the acceptance email.
The finalized presentation schedule will be announced on February 19th, 2025.
6. Presentation Day
Prepare to present your work at the Student and Lecturer Conferences during the SU Academic Festival on February 27–28, 2025.

1. Can I submit more than one abstract?
Yes, but each abstract requires a separate submission.
2. Can I present in a group?
Yes, the maximum number of members for the student conference is three per group, while the lecturer conference has no maximum limit.
3. What should I do if I miss the submission deadline?
Unfortunately, late submissions will not be considered.
4. Is there a participation fee?
No, participation in the SU Academic Festival is free for all presenters and participants.
5. How will I know if my submission has been accepted?
You will receive a notification email on February 17th, 2025.
