The aim of this conference is to bring up the fresh ideas of students and lecturers and present them according to their field of study. In this conference, we come up with the theme of
“BEYOND IDEAS EXPLORATION”

Abstract submission open -> 3rd of February
Abstract submission deadline -> 14th of February
Acceptance notification -> 17th of February
Presentation schedule notification -> 19th of February
Final presentation file submission -> 21st of February
SU Academic Festival Day -> 27th – 28th of February
All works will be published in national proceedings with an ISSN (subject to the submission of a 3–4 page extended abstract by March 28, 2025).
Selected works will be published in partner national journals (subject to the submission of a full paper by March 28, 2025).

A total prize of 2. 5 million IDR will be contested in 5 categories at the Student Conference with 3 winners for each categories. The winners prize are:
1st winner : 250k IDR
2nd winner: 150k IDR
3rd winner: 100k IDR
